The Country Should Help Foreigners

I oppose an opinion that the country has its own needs and shouldn’t help
“foreigners” because the country should be responsible for safe place, people’s proper needs and growth. First, if the country doesn’t help poor foreigners or environmental refugees, the country could be dangerous place. For example, poor foreigners or environmental refugees who don’t have money and house could become homeless, and they seek food or require money. In the film “The Which Once Was”, there is the scene that a little girl who is one of the environmental refugees demands money on the street. If these people are increased, some crimes could be happened in order to get money. Therefore, not supporting foreigners could cause dangerous place. Secondly, the country should help foreigners, especially environmental refugees because they have nothing and need money to live. Moreover, most disasters are avoidable for people; therefore they have right reasons to be helped. Lastly, helping foreigners could bring about growth country. In the article “Environmental Refugees Unable to Return Home”, Kakissis (2010) states there are many children who are environmental refugees and can’t be given enough education because they have to take care of parents or siblings. It describes the lack of education for the children. If poor foreigners or environmental refugees are supported by the country, they could get a job and give an education. Moreover, it could lead to growth the country because many ability people who give an enough education could contribute to the country; consequently, helping foreigners could cause develop the country. In conclusion, the country should help foreigners because the country has to be safe, they have proper needs and they could help the country to develop.
